Income tax revenue rises 11.7% in 5 months on year

TEHRAN- Income tax revenue has risen 11.7 percent during the first five months of current Iranian calendar year (March 21-August 22) compared to the same period of time in the previous year, Tasnim news agency reported on Sunday citing the data released by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

As reported, 74 trillion rials (about $1.761 billion) of tax income has been collected throughout the country during the mentioned five-month period.
